Facing hairfall since 1 year + and hair thinning also on top I have used minoxidil 5% in the past, but for 6 months minoxidil has stopped. Should I use it again or is any other treatment available for this stage?

Hi doctor, I have 4 painful lymph right underarm and they appeared out of no where. I never used to get these in the past but recently in the past 2-3 months this is the second time they have appeared. The first time they were cured with anti bacterial medicine and it was not this painful but this time they appear to be larger in size and more painful. I have not started any medication yet. Hi, I have had the following symptoms for the past 2 weeks and is not reducing. Dryness, Redness, light irritation,cracks,light bleed near cracks. I don't use much lip cosmetics as well and have stopped using them now . Tried applying coconut oil ,ghee ,moisturizer nothing worked out. Please suggest medication.

My daughter age 8 year old. On 20th Feb 2025 she fell down and got skin mark in forehead. The injury is not deep. But pink or whitish Mark is visible. On 3rd March I checked with dermatologist she gave 3 different cream which contains steroid in label. My question is for 8 year old these many cream necessary? - Photofirst cream,  Closone cream, MHG lotion and syrup cutimin. And please tell me this mark will go naturally? Any safe baby cream to remove this mark. I attached given prescription and pic of my daughter. Kindly suggest respected doctors.
