Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I using triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1% oral paste for oral lichen planus in both cheeks and under upper lips for 2 months. But from last few weeks some times I got white patch line on lower lips and gone for some days.

During musterbation, due to hard rubbing of a mental object on my nipple i peel off the skin of my left nipple and it's been 2 months, I'm also using nipcare cream on it but sometimes it hurts and whenever I touch over there it hurts ... I don't know till when it  will heal completely or  will the pain remain same of the rest of my life when ever I touch my nipple 😭😭...?

Hi I have got this from 3 days back, its bit itchy too.Kindly confirm its fungal ,or insect bite , r any normal rash.Please advise wt it can be done or any medication. Thanks. Poorna

Doctor, iam 23 years old....I have been diagnosed with chicken pox a week Iago., i have no fever any day this week ..since the start I have shown to doctor and he prescribed me valacyclovir 1000mg three times a day for 5 days, but I have used 2 times a day 7 days...and should I start my treatment again with valacyclovir 3 times a day for 5 days again? And rashes are stopped at papule stage only no evolution into blisters . Im scared doctor please help me

Painful dry skin flaky white powder like substance comes out when scratched ,heavy urge to itch at night severity has reduced after using moisturiser but still it pains a lot, unable to stop urge to scratch Fish scales like over legs. Photo attached
