Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Team, Recently, I have been getting severe itching, particularly at some region on my left shoulder. I haven't observed any rashes or any physical observations at that place. When I am pouring warm or hot water in that place, I am feeling very relaxed. After some time, I am feeling the itching again. I would like to know the reason for this and let me know whom to contact exactly. A few days back, I took treatment for disc bulges, and I'm fine now. Does this relate !!
