Hello doctor, I have very itchy skin all over my body. 24/7 I feel itching all over the body. Especially back and ties. Can't control scratching. Please suggest me good soaps or medicine

Dry , reddish skin round shape on right side of the face from 8-10 days what should i do to treat this...

1. I am feeling a tickling sensation on the inner side of my penis foreskin and the region the foreskin is covering the penis glans turns red when I masturbate or wash the area. This tickling sensation comes and goes after sometime when I divert my mind into something else. 2. Also there are some red blood lines visible when I pull the foreskin 3. There are also some skin change on tip of penis,picture attached. First it was whiteish and after many days a brown lesion type came, now the surrounding areas is whiteish. The entire penis glans feels like shiny and scaly at times. Picture attached I am facing these problem since last 4 months. Is this something serious? What is the diagnosis? Please help Can Tbact or Soframycin or KZ cream be used? I am also facing problem of urine leakage since last 3-4 months.

I am male 48. Since 10 years I had a swelling below my right nippel. I consulted dermatologist and he tested and said it is due to excessive sweat, no problem. But due to sweat in summer , itching is severe, and swelling is increasing. Please suggest

Hi, I took a dermatologist appointment here and got prescription for Folliculitis- got 2 medicines and 1 Atarax lotion to put on my legs below knee. I got the red spots there and i tried not to itch it. After 1 week of taking the prescribed medication, the spots were leaving but the skin was becoming dry. So i itched the leg and now it has become more red, though it is still in some areas. The medicines were provided for 1 week which i completed and i have to put lotion for another 1 week. Any other remedy i can try so that the itch and the reaction goes away? Thank you.
