Hello doctor,
I’m an 18-year-old girl. I have noticed a recent swelling/fullness on my right cheek that is making my face look asymmetrical.
It’s not painful, and there is no redness, but it appears puffed or bloated compared to my other cheek.
This started recently, and it wasn’t like this earlier.
I want to know:
1. Is this swelling or fat shift?
2. Could it be due to sleeping posture, facial fat imbalance, or lymphatic issue?
3. Is it temporary or needs treatment?
4. Do I need any tests or medicine/cream for it?
