Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

It's been over a year since I've recovered from alopecia. My hair has also grown till my ears but the texture of the new hair was very frizzy and dry and no home remedies are helping. Should I go for hair botox?

I am facing hairfall , hair thining , hair line receeding from frontal region , hair greying issues. I have taken PRP ,GFC last year . Currently using minoxidil 5%+finasteride 0.1% solution during day and  redensil at night . Having protein rich diet . Using ketokonazol anti dandruff shampoo 2 times a week. I am attaching pics as well please guide me with a routine and medicines for my hair related issue hair fall , hair greying, hair line receeding, hair thining Its getting severe and I want to stop it.
