I had chicken pox last year in 2025,june which last for 2-3 weeks but again this in 2025,june i am again facing some symptoms like one pimple on my chest and two red spots on my back

This is NOT chickenpox. However, this is folliculitis which is bacterial infection of your hair follicles, which needs to be addressed. Do not ignore this if it happens frequently. But if it is a one time thing- then a course of specific antibiotics will hep.
