Lots of Moles on body

Asked for Female, 34 Years

My husband is having large number of moles all over his body since his childhood.He is having more number of tiny moles in hands and leg especially palms and toes.around 10 on right hand and 8 on left hand same in legs too.All are black and very small.Other parts of body also moles are there but more in hands and legs.Is it normal?
