Can I use Tretinoin cream for dark spots and pigmentation, damage skin. Please suggest me any skin care cream or anything. Your advice would be appreciated

Ive recently been to a trip whuch involved all activities in beach and water fully and once i am back i see tiny bumps on my whole face and patch of dry skin and whatever i apply on my face it burns so bad . How can i treat it ?

Hello moms, Even after applying a dermatologist-prescribed moisturizer to my skin, I experience a sensation, particularly on my thighs,legs and hands, when exposed to cold weather(I stay in Germany currently). This sensation gradually intensifies, leading to persistent itching until it subsides on its own. What problem it could be? If you could recommend a dermatologist, I would greatly appreciate it, as it would provide me with much-needed relief.
