Moles on body
My husband having so many moles all over his body especially on hands and legs.One hand having more than 15 moles all are tiny black spot like moles.But two moles on his leg is different from other moles.One is on thigh and one below knee.Is this normal growths?Kindly check pics attached.

They may be seborrheic keratosis or simple moles . However kindly consult for better diagnosis and treatment.

It’s normal unless they mole changes in size, colour, appearance or cause any issues. You can get it removed. Better to get it checked if in doubt.
