Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having skin issue, I was facing itching and rash in underarms, so I started using Clop G ointment and had livo cetrigine tablets, now I have noticed that my underarm area has turned white and very thin layer of skin is getting pilled of like a dead skin. Can you suggest what might be the issue? Also is this a fungal infection? And using terbinafine, candid powder and ketoconazole is advisable?

I had itching and broken skin past one month recently I'm using poviwin ms ointment once at day and zalim lotion or coconut oil at night time once. I'm not having any pain or but feeling itchy and sometimes skin very dry I don't know what happened to my testis skin Can anyone say what happened or what condition it is ? I'm thinking it is jock itch Please anybody say about this

My baby is 10 months old and we have noticed these lesions from past 3 days. He has no fever cold and cough. There was only one lesion in the beginning but now there are 10-12 lesions.Please let us know what is this. These lesions are little water filled also with black tip.

My baby (2.6 years)is having a white rough patch on the neck back side.
