Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctors, so i have a few doubts related to my oily and acne prone skin. If you could respond to them, I'd be much obliged: 1) Should i take a bath twice a day with warm water and soap as i have to go to the gym in the evening? 2) What soap must i use for daily bathing? I'm already under a dermatologist course but she suggested any gentle soap. Is Pears okay? Or must i have to use Perobar? 3) My body acne keeps coming back after the medicine course. What must i do to permanently eliminate it? Thanks for reading and i hope you answer these questions for me! :)

Hello , I am suffering from itching, irritation and inflammation on my face from past 3 days. I tried to apply aloevera gel but it has increased it . I was applying a tube called tretin for pimples and then I felt very high itching, inflammation. I am feeling like I have fevicol on my face . My skin has turned red a little. Hi, I have a history of Palmoplantar plaque Psoriasis and suddenly after a haircut I spotted this on the scalp. Doctor said it is Tinea Capitis and has put me on antifungal medication. There is no itching and very less flaking, but it not reduce any further. So will it be Tinea Capitis or Scalp psoriasis?

I have acne and pimple problem, So I have started using Nadilite gel on the spots after some time while checking my face my skin started to show that dry peelings. So is it okay to have dry peeling on face after using that gel or is it an side effect and should I stop using it. And is it okay to apply acne oc moisturizer after using that gel Will it reduce my dry peeling or is it normal?
