Currently facing hormonal imbalance issues due to which I'm getting a lots of acne's on my face . Acne's that I'm now getting are bit more painful and the post acne marks are very stubborn please suggest some safe products.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
