Hello Doctor,
I am a 17 year old girl with dry skin. I never had acne in my entire life, but after I turned 17, I suddenly gained around 6 kg and started developing severe, painful acne with pus. The acne mostly appears on my cheeks and jawline. It reduces for a few days sometimes, leaving dark spots, but then it flares up again with painful, inflamed pimples. I have tried multiple suitable skincare products, but nothing has helped in controlling the breakouts fully. My menstrual cycle is completely regular and I have no reproductive health issues. I am currently using gentle cleanser, moisturiser, and sunscreen.
