Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hey! I have acne prone skin and have been using these skincare steps for the last 2 years which are toner, niacinamide serum, moisturizer, spf 50. But still i have acne on my face around my mouth. Can you please let me know why this happens and if there are any preventive measures which i can take to reduce it in future because this thing has been consistent.

I have developed pigmentation on my skin from past 6 -7 months.i think it it is hormonal because I have pcod. Suggest treatment .

I got skin irritation while applying veet on my upper lips it's itching now and causing burning sensation

I got pimples in my face from 3 month now. It is even bit itchy. I started after I recovered from cold and cough I feel its medicines and syrup reaction. I tried clear gel but did not see much change I am now using himalaya Acctaril soap from 3 days still not feeling much change. I wanted to visit doctor but not sure which Doctor to visit. Any suggestions how can I get rid of pimples at my 34. Also I feel it started from small small black heads on my face.

I've been having acnes on my face(cheeks , forehead, chin)for the last 4-5 years. Acnes have pus and sometimes cause pain. My face has  acne marks.The acnes appear red at first then causes pain and then get filled up with pus. What should I do or what should I apply?

I got the same dark knuckles last year which did not hurt much, it went away on its own on moisturizing I guess. This year, again I got the same darkening but it seems to hurt like there have been cuts while washing my hands.
