Hello doc! I need suggestions, there is a lot of dryness, redness around my head , eyebrows, nose and dryness & itching around my lips. It's really bothering me & I'm not feeling well. Please provide any prescription 🙏

Problem for the last 6 months. Deworming has been done. I guess the problem is outside rather than inside. Any ointment to prevent the itching

Good day Doct, I am having irritation, pain and redness on the penis since about last 10 months. I had visitted few doctors earlier and took treatment but then after few weeks it comes back again. Seems there is slight swelling which is causing pain. As I didn't treat this for last 4 months, I noticed that this tends to go off on its own without any treatment but again it shows up occasionally. Once it starts again, it is very irritating and causing pain especially during an erection. I have also noticed that the redness and pain increases during an erection. I am unable to wear a tight underwear or do a sexual intercourse due to this issue. Can this be examined online in a video consultation and treated? Please help, I am suffering from pain.

My daughter gradually started to have hives in all over her body 4 days ago. It was so severe that we have consulted doctor. He said that this is allergy and gave Avil 1mg injection and Levocetrizine and Montelukast syrup along with Bandy Plus syrup for deworming. Two days before it subsidised but now it again the same all over body even the medication is in continue. She went to her maternal home for her attending marriage with the family and there is started. Really worried to what to do.
