Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been using tretinoin for 2 months now. I can see some dark patches here and there on face which were not there before using tretinoin.

Heh Doctor, I have dandruff issue from last 10yrs and it is getting worst. When i scretch scalp with nail , yellowish material comming out. I am also getting boils on scalp . Also noticed rough black patch om scalp. Pls see the attachment.

I have a seboric dermatitis . I have flaky scales and reddness on face.iam using steroid creams to control but if i left it came back and using ketocanozole for hair wash and i have hyper hydrosis too i sweat large in head ,face,hand and leg too. Please help and suggest some things. I have seen several doctors done several treatments..

I had a fungal infection past some months. I consulted the dermatologist and took alcros 200mg and bilasure 20mg for one month and cream fungicros. The fungal was completely cleared. The fungal is only on my buttocks area. Not any other place. But again it's back. I have too much of itching which id unbearable its look white patches patches. I take thyroxine 75mg and prolomet XL50 in morning for high BP. Can you please prescribe me some medicine with cream which can cure this.

I was recently diagnosed with seronegative arthritis and I’m currently on Medrol, HCQS, Celebrex, and Uptron Plus for 2 months. I’m also anemic, with a hemoglobin of 10. A few months ago, I noticed something unusual. When I took Zincovit syrup, my skin suddenly became loose, oily, and overly soft. As soon as I stopped it, my skin returned to normal. A similar thing happened again recently when I took Vitamin C — my face became oily and skin felt loose/soft, but it normalized after I stopped. I’m concerned and confused — could this be a reaction to certain vitamins, or related to my arthritis or medications? Would appreciate your guidance.

Hi, i have sagging skin and lot of wrinkles on face. Hence i was using tretinoin cream. However, i am pregnant now and i have stopped using all my skincare products. Could you please let me know pregnancy safe moisturiser, sunscreen, eye cream for under eye dark circles and any azelic or peptide serums? I have combination skin.

My right hand index finger is having allergy, skin is peeling off and it is increasing day be day. Slightly itchy near edges, not all time.

Hello doc, I started topical minoxidil 5% from 4 days as prescribed. I have anxiety problem. I feeling muscle twitch occasionally on chest started from 2 days.Is it due to using topical solution or it's just a normal muscle twitch?? I have vitamin D deficiency
