I am finding best dermatologist in mumbai with MBBS & MD degree but when I read single star reviews that this dermatologist didn't cure skin or they upsell their branded products it scares me and I don't choose them. But when I see a dermatologists with all 5 star reviews it seems paid fake reviews. It's so confusing that even a single negative review or reviews with all 5 star both makes me feel scared and I'm not able to choose correct dermatologist 🙁 Please guide me

I have developed fungal infection in my inner thighs (*I think it is ringworm infection). I didnt know how it develop even though I am careful about my skin. It all started when I stayed in hostel. I used steroid creams for a week and It also goes away but it leaves black patch on that area. How I treat them? Can I use glycolic acid cream? And any tablets that you dermatologist suggest to prevent fungal infection coming back? Can I use Retinol there?
