Scalp and nail psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune condition - it cannot be permanently cured, but can be well controlled. Winofit is a supplement, not a treatment for psoriasis. Long-term control usually needs medicated shampoos, topical treatments, and sometimes oral medications. Please consult a dermatologist for a long-term management plan.

Psoriasis can not be cured, it can just be treated. Sorry to say but currently there is no medicine that can cure the disease. Winofit gold that you are using is an antioxidant and may reduce inflammation. But it is not safe to take it lifelong.
Psoriasis requires tailored approach which is different in every patient so it is better for you to consult for proper management.
