Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My acne problem start 3 to 4 years ago.. My skin is very oily and acne prone. I visited dermatologists.. I have already used many ointment, creams and oral capsules also...(doxycline) I used1)Hydroquinone (melapik hq) 2) Azealic Acid(aziderm20%) 3)clindamycin and nicotinamide gel 4) kojic acid, arbutin, glycolic acid based creams(kojivit plus) ( demelen cream) (melasure) 5)Benzoyl peroxide and also some steroid creams like 6)Desonide(desowen) 7)Mometasone fluro.. Now last 5 months I stopped using these creams.. My skin totally was going through worst condition.. Please help me and advise me what to do now.. I researched on this problem but not found any solution.. Q1. How can I remove my black spots on my face? Q2. How to get rid of the oily skin and pimples etc...

I am experiencing so much hairfall ..my doctor has suggested minoxidil based serum ..tugain..is minoxidil good for hair? Once I stop using it will it increase the hairfall? Plz guide
