I have pimple or acne scare, which cream or medicine I can use for acne scare, after one month my brother getting married so please suggest a effective cream for acne scare

There's an intense itch around my anus and in the anal crack. The skin looks almost white patch, and when I scratch it, I notice a white-grey residue under my fingernails.

I have this increasing infection in my left foot toenail, also the top layer of nail is damaged. While the underside looks blue/black and/or pale white. I cut the nail myself securely to check if this could improve but the infection has increased. This is since last 6 months.I am breastfeeding a 4 month old. I don't know what to do, please help.🙏
