Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

For past few days patch of Red rashes found around both left and right eye which is slightly itchy.

I am a 27 year old Male living in Bangalore, I am seeing a decline in my Hairline. What natural remedies and methods I can use to reduce hairfall, improve my hair regrowth and increase volume. What other products I can use for a good overall health, rather than using common hair products such as (Dove, Pantene etc., for shampoo, conditioners etc).

I have developed skin allergy. I am not able to figure out I am allergic to which thing. It leads to itching and rashes on skin. I take Allegra medicine every 2 or 3 days. Is the medicine safe or there is side effect.

I have got face allergy.. for this i am using desowen cream.. but i dont know why when i apply the cream i have getting buring fellings also redness of my face getting increase.. what to do now..m attaching my prescription
