Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Since the last 3 months I have been experiencing pimple like boils in my genital area, mainly in the crotch. A couple of them have gone away after applying an alcohol based solution but they have increased in number over the last few weeks. Its not painful or irritating but very visible and i want to get rid of them completely and know how i can avoid them. Nothing has changed in terms of my sexual habits recently. Attached photo for description. FYI:  Photo is sensitive in nature. I am not in India currently and any medications suggested will have to be found in the Netherlands. Thanks.

White patches on cheeks, from atleast 3 months Ive consulted a dr on this app but couldn't get rid with patches at that time there was dryness as well and she asked me about dandruff too which I had but not that much. Now also I am applying Henna but I want a black shade to my hair without any irritation on my head as well as no hair fall.
