Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, I’ve been experiencing recurring boils since June 2024. It began with six painful bumps across my body, and I felt unwell for several months. I had autoimmune tests done, which came back normal. The boils stopped in October 2024, but recently returned — one on my eye in March 2025 and now new ones appearing on my body again in April. I live in Berlin, Germany. Doctors have prescribed antibiotics, but they only offer temporary relief and the boils keep returning. I’m looking for guidance on how to manage or prevent this recurring issue long term. Any advice or next steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sir/Maa'm Grandfather aged 72 with history of diabetes (HBA1C:7) and thyroid disease has developed some skin wound in left hand. It's not painful nor does it smell or bleed but it is present since 4-5 days. No other symptoms are associated with it. I have attached photograph, kindly guide what disease is this and is this something serious as google is saying it's cancer of skin.

Been having light, pale but noticeable white spots on my face since months almost from September 2024, the older ones are likely fading away but new ones do occur every once in a while and they're still staying on my face and I'm not able to find the exact reason as to why they're happening...they're not vitiligo I believe as they're not strong in colour and appearance and aren't completely white. They've been coming on random spots! Might be some kind of deficiency of something or idk...I'm using basic skincare (cleanser, toner, moisturiser, sunscreen) might be unrelated but still mentioning. As I have acne prone skin ... I layer vitamin c serum niacinamide serum in morning routine along with hyalugel moisturiser and in evening salicylic acid for few days glycolic acid 7% for one day and Retinol 0.1% one day followed by clindamycin... is my routine correct???? Coz I introduced them gradually and till now I haven't got any side effects.. as I have little acne marks I introduced kojic designation cream but which moisturiser I can use along with that or for every night for acne prone skin.

I lost weight after pregnancy around 30 kgs within 7 months by exercising and intermittent fasting and later again weight was increasing so I ate only 2 times a day and again lost 10 kgs and now seeing lot of sagging on face skin.no sagging else where as I am doing strength training and eating lot of protein. I think my collagen and elastin took a toll. I am currently doing morhpheous 8 treatment. Can I get back lost collagen and elastin with this or I need to do anything else. I am 35 and have more than moderate laxity as per doctor.

Hi, I am having some allergic reactions for which I took anti allergy medicines Allegra but now I have developed a rash on my left side of my neck which is painful. The picture with bumps is before and after taking medicine the neck one I developed but the bumps and itching is gone. What should I do?

Last few weeks i have noticed on my body all of sudden on any part of my body rash comes and start itching. After half or one hour it goes thn it happen to other place like this happening. What to do?
