This is occurring in different parts of my father's body is this serious or what we have consulted many doctorsnand taken prescription sometimes it cool and down and sometimes it trigged out severely what is this??

Hello My age is 38 years. I have vitiligo problem since last 20 years Nov 2024 I delivered my baby at time of discharge proscribed me calcium tablet veba plus. And ferrofit at night once in day 3 month During this 3 month I notice my vitiligo patches disappear because of i consume tablet veba plus in containe of zinc and copper for malenian syntasis zinc and copper important role si my patches recovery done till 20 % in 3 month. So now my question is My question is. Can I this both tablet will continue till my vitiligo is end please suggest me is there is any side effects
