Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I wanted to share some concerns regarding my skin condition. My skin is generally quite dry, but I’ve also been experiencing recurring acne breakouts. These typically occur just before my menstrual cycle. The acne is inflammatory in nature—painful, red, and often contains pus. I would appreciate your guidance on what might be causing this and how I can manage or treat it effectively. Please let me know if you recommend any tests or specific skincare routines.

Choosing the Right Moisturizer for Tretinoin Use on Oily, Acne-Prone, or Sensitive Skin. I’m looking for a suitable moisturizer that pairs well with tretinoin and is safe for oily, acne-prone, or sensitive skin. I don’t have any active acne at the moment, but I occasionally break out when I use certain products, so I don't use basically.and I'm scared to choose moisturizer bcs I breakout  . I’m looking for a proper moisturizer that won’t cause breakouts, im using tretinoin for open pores and some small acne ( I had acne before but used benzoyl peroxide and it's gone, but Im left  with open pores.

Small brownish spot on feet. Sometimes dark or light. And sometimes swelling also since last 3-4 months

Hello I have skin itching since past one year, I had consulted couple of dermatologists but only when I take medicines there is relief. Again the itching starts once I stop medicines. One places if it itches , then again immediately there is continuous short  itching in two other places of the whole body each time, it's like triggering other areas. I did talk to the dermatologist about, he asked me to take the tablet whenever there is itching and to ignore it. I don't have thyroid or sugar. But I take BP tablets. My ESR is 22. Is there any blood test which will identify the kind of infection I have? Pls advise

Dry and itchy knuckles skin Occurs frequently Blisters also appears Once I was given steroid cream and moisturizer to apply it on but when I use it it disappears and when I don't apply it reappears again. Attaching the affected area thereby.. I want to eliminate the root cause not superficial treatment. Kindly help..
