Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Sir i have a itchy white skin on the  thighs near pennis . I also have a bump in the thigh . There is a hair also inside bump .  thigh are itchy many times . Please suggest .

Currently I'm 18 back 3-4 years I moved to another city so before that I used to had straight silky and soft healthy hair but after changing city there used to be hard water and I think it was not a big problem but then I used park Avenue beer shampoo which suddenly damaged my hair since then my hairs like wavy, very hard and rough like jute and dull it's obviously damaged, I tried consulting my family derma but he didn't gave a shit, he said it's normal and good but I want old hair type back although my scalp used to be oily and had scalp acne but since few it's not that oily and yeah no scalp acne. I have this tiny rashes all over the body prominent in hands and legs...rash looks red and itches and causes itchiness ..when dried out too. The first' pic is a freshly appeared tiny bumps and second one is the dried one. Both cause itching. Sometimes itching is more at night and sweating also increases itchiness Can u help what kind of rash is this.

Since a few days, my daughter, 15 years, has developed skin rash under and around the inner breast area region. It is dry and flaky, specially during night time, and itches. Cold compress soothes a little. What can I apply to the area? Thank you.
