Hello, Can anyone tell what's the problem with my toe nail and how can it be cured. Will it spread to entire nail?

Looks like fungal infection of nail. Yes it can spread to whole nail or to other nails if not treated properly.
Treatment will continue for 3 months which will include topical lotions and oral medicines(for faster relief)z
