Skin is too dry and sometimes itching after bath or while taking bath and also night times. May I know the reason for this?

Dry itchy skin can be due to the product like soap or body was that are too harsh for the skin. Hormonal changes like hypothyroidism also causes dry itchy skin. Kindly consult for better diagnosis and management.
