Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm facing severe hairfall since 2 months. I have Diagnosed with pcod but not under any medication. I have undergone many treatments for hair loss and low volume hair , even minoxidil I was using but it didn't work. Can you suggest me a good hair supplement to grow hair.

Skin is getting dark day by day. It has been happening for the last three to four months. I took homeopathy medicine for a week but I did not get any relief so i finally stopped taking medicine.

I have a small blister on my lip that appeared recently. It’s a bit painful and slightly swollen. The area feels tender, especially when I eat or talk. Two days back while making tea the hot water fell directly from the stove on my Mother's hand. She immediately put water and ice on it.
