Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have used most of the serums and still can't see any changes on my tanning, acne, dark spots and pigmentation

3 weeks ago, one fine morning, I saw some bright red spot on my nose bridge. It was bright for a week and then slowly turned into a very little darken patch. I don’t exactly remember but it has increased a little I guess. It is flat and in light, it looks bumpy. What could it be looking at the picture attached? There was no trauma. No itching or pain or anything.
