Hi Doctors, We are planning a trip to GOA in December. I have a 9 month old baby who will turn 1 year by then. I  have heard that in Goa, the skin is prone to tanning. Can you suggest what should I do for myself and my small baby to protect the skin from getting tanned ? Please suggest some effective sunscreens.

So, idk where i got my molluscum from.(i dont involve myself in risky sex). It was on my pubic area, then i went to the dermat for needle extraction. (I think this is where it got failed to eradicate). So after a week a lots of new bumps showed up. And maybe, just maybe, while bathin i rub towel throughout my body, i left that affected area, but i feel somehow the virus got spread and now its on my back chest and side body. I got many of the lesions/bumps TCA cauterised. But few more have come up nearby, assuming immunity kicked in. Apart from that i am taking ascazin syrup(not tablet cuz its harsh on stomach). Taking 60mg a day.(equivalent to 15ml). And another multivitamin. So my qstn is, how long will this take to eradicate given m taking precautions. And shall I go for tca application every 2 weeks to get rid of any new bumps? I am just scared of these viral spread. Also at some places i will get hives like thing and it will itch a lot. Is it the med?

Plz how I do any cream or tablets are there for my allergy ,I have so much iching in eye side both under eyes are swalloon plz suggest cream or any medication

Small blisters on hand, palm area and fingers in both the hand with itchy and hand is warm like burning sensation

I have pigmentation around mouth and forehead..also my skin type is dry with t zone oily area but not that much oily.. haemoglobin levels are optimal (13.7g/dl).. also skin texture is not smooth

Hello sir/ma'am My skin especially on the cheeks and forehead have closed comedones which turn into acne (not all but some) I am using a proper Skincare routine including a retinol serum but they are really stubborn and new comedones do form. Is it better to use Tretenoin or adapalene ? Thank you

Hello ma'am/sir I get closed comedones often and on cheeks and forehead, which gets converted to acne (some do ) ,  retinol I am using for closed comedones, and they keep coming back. I want to ask what could cause them to come back as I am eating healthy and hydration is good too, no comedogenic things I am using, and why do they take so long to disappear I never had any skin issues, but comedonal acne My skin is not oily (no oil produced on the surface) but rather normal-dry Please reach out and answer this query Thank you

Dermatologist advised me to use Cuticolor hair color, but it is too costly. Please suggest a cheaper safe alternative.
