Sir/mam  form last 4 years I used allopathic and ayurvedic doctors for my hair fall and Hair thining but I think there will be no improvement on my scalp .So I am to confused what can I do now , Result was shown on my scalp  when I used all these medicines but when I stop these medicines my hairfall start rapidly

Dear Doctor i was having treatment for my face scars. I had a light mole very light near my nose which asked my doctor to remove if possible but during my last session he said that there was Black head and it is removed although my mole was there not removed. After 2-3 days it started to bleed now the scar is more visible its been more black and large . Mole wasn't visible before was very light. But now i m not liking the appearance. Kindly suggest what to do to make it light again. What happened in this case. Pic attached for reference

Its been more than two months i have itching all over my body first it looks like mosquito bite on skin than itching starts after few hours it goes It happens all over my body I have consulted doctor he gave me bilastine 20 mg He said its urticaria I took it for 15-20 days after taking 3-4 days its reducing thn i stoped taking i felt now its over but again its happening same I have done my cbc report its normal Is it concerning or should i continue with bilastine 20 mg or what should i do?
