Closed comedones
Hello ma'am/sir I get closed comedones often and on cheeks and forehead, which gets converted to acne (some do ) ,  retinol I am using for closed comedones, and they keep coming back. I want to ask what could cause them to come back as I am eating healthy and hydration is good too, no comedogenic things I am using, and why do they take so long to disappear I never had any skin issues, but comedonal acne My skin is not oily (no oil produced on the surface) but rather normal-dry Please reach out and answer this query Thank you

Hello 👋 Comedones are early or grade 1 stage of  acne . It occurs due to various reasons like age , harmonal changes skin type , diet, stress, cosmetic n family history Detailed history and examination is needed for further management Can be treated accordingly depending on site and severity of condition
