My skin type is dry and closed comedones for almost a year now. It's on my cheeks and my forehead is full.
What should I use for treatment?
What I'm using:
Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% gel:
For the past week, I have been applying it for 2 hours only on affected areas and then I wash my face.
Adapalene:
After I wash my face, I apply a very little amount of it and follow up with Cetaphil moisturizer.
Salicylic Acid-
Facewash: I have finished a bottle of it. I've switched to Cetaphil facewash for now to avoid irritating my dry skin in winters.
Zitcare (1% salicylic acid): On days I don't apply adapalene, I apply zitcare and follow it up with the Cetaphil moisturiser.
In the past month, they have increased which is why I started Benzoyl Peroxide last week. I have noticed they've become more prominent since I have started Benzoyl Peroxide. I read that it's supposed to purge before it gets better with Benzoyl Peroxide.
What should I do?

Comedones, Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
