So i have an oily acne prone skin . And my skin generates so much of oil . I am having closed comedones on forehead ,few on cheeks. I have used so many good brand products and even pharmacy products like excela(caused me sweating), aha glow, acne oc (had shea butter so made my skin more oily), acnemoist, saslic DS . I have even used cosmetics brands , but no luck . I have saliac face wash which works good but it dehydrates the skin so much - to compensate skin produces more oil as i cant use any heavy moisturiser. So i want a doc to please guide me with these issues. And provide me the proper path for fixing this. Happy to give additional details if necessary

Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
