I've lost a lot of fat especially from my face and I always have dry skin and lips. I eat well and get enough water. Which specialist doctor should I book a consultation from?

Have been getting Lip pimples which are painful. Increase in overall pimple on face too Have been seeing this for past 10 days No change in diet, have been drinking good amount of water too

I think I have hyperpigmentation. I have dark patches and spots on my arm and forearm from 5 years. Also dark elbows. Very embarrassed by it. Tried rejsol chemical peel twice. It just worsened it. I attached my prescription for scabies treatment. Is it necessary to take ivermectin morning and night for five days. And how long should I use permethrin lotion. My doctor said use everyday for next five days. Please suggest me is that okay?
