Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Recently had high fever (103.5 on saturday) felt weakness on sunday and temperature till 100 - have taken 4 tablets of dolo 650 over the last 2 days - today temperature is not there, experiencing some kind of dry itchy rash around the lip edges, more on the lower lip

It happens again and again . Give me some suggestions to stop this disease. There are few white spots on my skin .

My father had a mole on his upper lip but he used a local treatment to treat it but it could not cure so we got a surgery of the mole and now it looks normal but the report of biopsy describes the presence of 1 mm tumor in the biopsy report so could pls tell now it is safe as the wound is completely removed by the doctor and now everything is clean so is their any chance of metastasis or we should worry about

Hi, I am 40 years old from Chennai. I have been suffering from atopic Dermatitis for more than 13 years now. I have been on weekly once / twice topical steroids for almost the entire 13 years. My skin has thinned quite badly in certain areas. I want to switch to non steroidal medications to stop further skin thinning and read about non steroidal medications like biologics (Dupilumab etc.) and non steroidal topical creams like tacrolimus, pimecrolimus which don't think the skin. I want to know if these are promising treatments. Also, while I understand that skin thinning is probably irreversible, I wonder if there exist any medical cosmetic procedures that might help thicken skin to some extent. Please advise
