Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm taking 12.5 mcg for thyroid and it's under control now. How ever my chin area and neck is darker. I have tried hormone medicine, gluten free, lactose free diet and also dr prescribed glutathione earlier.. my period problem has reduced by all above activities but skin issues not reduced n it's causing emotional problems for me. Please let me know what should be done

My mother is suffering from eczema for the past 3 years. Tried best allopathy and ayurvedic treatment. She has angry rashes all over her body with severe itching and inflammation at times. While growing up, I never had any breakouts on my face. Only sometimes a week or so before my period, I would get a stray pimple on my face and that would also disappear after a few days. Of late, since the month of February, I have started noticing prolonged and sustained breakouts across my face - mostly on the forehead, and one or two along the cheekbone and one just below my nose. I am not sure what is causing this. I had switched face washes and moisturisers and I have now gone back to the usual brand, but even then I can see new eruptions. My last period was in the end of March, but the one in February was not the usual kinds - no cramps, very low flow but continued for the usual 5 days, no breast tenderness. I'm trying to understand what this could be, because I don't feel very healthy and I want to get this resolved.
