Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I (age- 32, F) have always had severe cystic acne all around my cheeks, but since over a year (I have a one-year old daughter whom I breastfeed) I was having clear skin but suddenly getting severe acne breakouts with quite large, painful, red and lumpy acnes that leaves scars behind. I have hypothyroidism, for that I take Thyronorm100. Please help me. I am tired of it.

My t zone is very oily during summer and i sweat a lot. I use oil free moisturizer but it can't give me hydration my skin still feel dry. I have acne and pigmentation on my cheeks. Please suggest me moisturizer for my skin.
