Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My daughter is 6 years old, She used to have Pimples/prickly heat/heat rash  in summers and sun light after rainy season on her face and neck area, which looks not good and this remains on her face for quite long period, kindly suggest some good ointment/powder or medicine. Face snap is attached

I have Comedones near my nose and nose area It increases when i use face wash I take steam and scrub but it doesn get reduced Please suggest what shall be done

Almost 10 days back I did my nose pierced but now I got a small bump and slight pain on the piercing part. How to cure that? Which kind of ointment will work on that. How to treat that? Or do I need to take any medication for that?

My 10 month baby body skin tone is very different from face. his body tone is getting darker  can u suggest me any best skin product for his skin to get healthy like moisturizer and soap ..my doctor also prescribed A to Z multivitamin for dry and chopped lips but taking multivitamin his stomach gets upset..he is currently taking vitamin d3 and iron syrup

I have oily skin, oil also on cheek. Face look clear after washing with facewash for 1-2hr only. What product and home made remedy should I used to reduce the oil.

Hi, I am facing hair loss, and planning to use minimalist minoxidil serum. I have doubt, whether leaving minoxidil, not gonna increase my hairfall (will leave, if effect of hair condition observed). And is it okay, to wash it with medicated sampoo (I have dandruff problem). It will be helpful, if you can share usage related info. Thank you
