I have noticed a faint brown spot on my palm for about 2 to 3 years. Since increasing hand washing during the COVID-19 pandemic, my hands have also become dry and red. Could this spot be serious, and what steps should I take?

I have noticed a faint brown spot on my palm for about 2 to 3 years it's not painful or itchy and as far as I can remember the size is approx similar to what it was the begining. Since increasing hand washing during the COVID-19 pandemic, my hands have also become dry and red. Is it linked to my excessive hand washing? Could this spot be serious, and what steps should I take?

Too much itching on head.. dandruff is also very high.. aftr head and shoulders no such benefit getting.. also there is some hair fall

I have been suffering from atopic Dermatitis since 2013, so with dry skin, hives, flaky skin. The doctors I initially consulted with mostly only prescribed topical steroids (clobetasol) and while this did make a difference, the effect was only temporary like a day or 2. In the year 2022, my skin condition became so worse that it got severely infected with liquid oozing. I consulted a docter who prescribed a short oral steroid course which made a big difference. Since then I have been using a topical steroid cream (clobetasol with fusidic acid) one a week with no issues whatsoever and very very rare flare ups for which I use the same cream no more than 2 days in a week. But since March this year, I have had two episodes of heat boils for which I had to take antibiotics. Now I see that the dryness and flakiness have started occurring again albeit in a smaller area. My skin has thinned and I seek to know if there are non steroidal topical creams for this condition?

I noticed darkening of underarms after i changed my deo.Kindly suggest a dermat reccommended deo.roll on and i will continue it long term.My previous deos were nivea etc.

Hi, I am getting so much acne on my t zone area suddenly. I have Whiteheads on t zone and it becomes painful pusefilled acne. I also getting acne on same area multiple times, if I am am in outside my skin become very oily and greasy. I tried many oil free moisturizer but i feel this not giving me enough moisturizing. Hi All , I did a hiv ECLIA test for hiv 1/2 after 56 days of protected sexual exposure with a women sex worker ( april 6th ,2025), the results are negative, I have attached my report screenshot, can you please take a look and let me know if I'm safe now ? Note : I took a test because I noticed genital warts on May 4th , possibly from a condom broke sex intercourse from last year November 2024 , thanks in advance , awaiting your response on this. Also is this ECLIA method a reliable method and please let me know if it detects both antigens and antibodies?
