My mother noticed a red spot flat on her right feet incidentally, she doesn't know how it came . It was painless , no pain or no itching nor any discomfort. Then that red spot has become like this. It's 20 days around since the red spot came and now it's like this. Now also no pain , no itching nothing . Is it anything serious .?
