Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have got white patches on face which are non itchy and I feel it is getting bigger. What to do ? Please suggest

Suffering from 1month Skin peeling paches around eyes slightly raised and skin feels like paper on that place and loose it's elasticity. if patches are dissolved then skin becomes loose on that place see eyelid skin feeling loose after and skin is feeling slightly itchy around dry patches

I have frequent dandruff or fungus in my head and face either hair and beard can you recommend best medical shampoo or medicine or lotion on head
