Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am 24 year old male. I have acne on my back, arm, chest area, neck region, and shoulder for three years. Sometimes they disappear, but in summer they again come back. I am using salicylic lotion on them but no relief. What to do in this case. I am worried. I have also consulted the dermatologist, but no relief, they disappeared for some time but again came back. Please suggest what to do. What diet and lifestyle should I follow. And what is the cause of these acne.

My skin type is oily. And for the last 3-4 days I've got red patches on my fave and I'll dryness so much my fave etches so much that it sometimes causes upper skin to come in nails and the etching is so much the red spots on my face are increasing . Though my skin type is oily but there days it feels so dry on my skin

I get red tiny bums near elbow and they are dry and itchy .and it is in a small patch ...what is it and how do I treat it

I am suffering from hair fall and greying of hair for last year. Whenever I use shampoo hairs stick to my palm. Greying of hair is also a problem. How to deal with this, I have searched online about this and little bit confused whether to go for homeopathy or alopathy treatment to permanently resolve this issue? Thank you

Due to shaving i got bumps and ingrown hair on my armpits and it's been 5-6months. Iam not able to cure them (they are not irritating me but they seem to be permanent now)what should I do please help..

I am having severe flammation acnes, open pores, scars, comedones. But my family isn't allowing me to consult any dermat and to treat my face skin condition. Instead they just say drink more water and everything will be alright. I don't have money right now as I am a student. Is there any home remedies to control it or treat it ? Should I go for a run as it will sweat my body leading to remove of flammation of my body ?
