Small pimple on dorsal
Hi, I have a small pimple type thing on my dorsal (hand), its been there for months, it doesn't have itching, no pain, nothing. It feels like rough point, even i press it doesn't have any sensation. Can you please tell me is it serious? I am attaching photo of it. please check and reply me if possible.
