I have these spots on my leg from some times,exactly dont know...out of no where i googled about them and it shows cancer now i am very terrified i don't know what to do and i also have severe health anxiety i google things and get scared...although it doesnt hurt or itch but from when i am constantly thinking of these i feel it's getting hurt please help me..i told this to my parents but they said its normal i dont know but i am terrified..please help me
