I had a hard skin (corn type) on side of my foot and because it was harmless I ignored and one month back i noticed the skin around that corn is bulged and consulted dermatologist. As per doctor s advice I applied salicure ointment and salt water soak and after one week bulging reduced a bit. Then doctor said i don't have to do regular salt water soak and only apply salicure ointment once a day. It is been 4 weeks now I am applying salicure and the layers of corn is peeling off but the bulged area around is is still there. No pus , no pain on pressing.just a white color bulged area. Any suggestions.

My father went to a dermatologist today for a fungal infection. After checking, he was prescribed itraconazole capsule (100 mg twice per day). He forgot to mention his daily medication which includes Thyronorm 112mcg Rabicip 20 Telma am 40 Nebicip 5 mg Rosloy cv 10 Silodal d8 cap Glimestar m 1 mg Voglow gm 2 forte tab Rxplus I have heard that telma am 40, silodal d8 & rosloy cv 10 has drug interactions with itraconazole which is prescribed for 20 days. Wanted to ask itraconazole is safe to take in combination with the above drugs?
