So the first image is of my right feet. I saw this horizontal line, encircled in green, on my toenail. Which breaks when i try to scratch it. Secondly. The middle finger in right feet, the nail has receeded quite a lot from normal position. Please help me. Left feet is somewhat affected(2nd pic) but not that much.
