Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been facing this cyst issue in my underarm for the past 5-6 months. In the beginning it was small, no pain, no blood. But this time I can feel something is inside that cyst, I tried to remove it, but only blood came. So I stopped, but now it's open, and only a little bit of blood is coming out, not cyst/sac. I feel pain now, it's red due to blood, also now every cloth i wear gets stuck with that cyst.

My kid developed a skin rash which started spreading throughout the body. We have consulted a doctor nearby. Doctor suggested a calamine lotion & a syrup. But it's increasing more. Even got spread over face. Please suggest what it could be & when it will subside ? There are no other symptoms. He is active.

I am noticing these unusual warts appear and disappear on my legs arms stomach back. First they appear to be little dots then they become itchy and waxy in appearance like one in picture. I am having these for 2 years or so. They treat on their own in 15-20 days without applying any ointments. I have consulted few dermats, they asked me to get biopsy done. Is this serious? I have spotted skin over my body. It is not bumpy. No itching, no irritation, etc. just appearance wise it doesn't look good. Is it an issue? Or is it just dead skin? For a year, I have used salicyclic acid body wash and also tried using loofah gently.. however no improvement. Img attached.
