I am a male. I have dark, dried lips. Can I apply cold pressed coconut oil for lips at night? I use regularly lip balm during day but no color change.

Only coconut won't help to remove pigmentation completely additional medications are needed to reduce pigmentation
Detailed history and examination along with clear pictures are needed for further evaluation and management
