Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From last 2 months i am having back acne, and from last 15 days i have started using D'Acne soap but acne is not reducing please suggest what i can do for to get rid off back acne ?

Doctor, I’ve been experiencing bumps that appear in the same spot on my chest. These bumps don’t fade or shrink; they stay the same size. When I try to pop them, they bleed and form scabs. After they heal, they leave dark spots, and then more bumps form in the same area, sometimes 3 or 4 at a time. Could this be a skin condition, infection, or something else? Am attaching pic for reference.

My mother's foot got detached partially not completely. She got hit at the foot accidentally. It is now attached from the end of the nail.

I am suffering from COPD and Asthma and Doctor Prescribed Forgyln Plus and Loftair Aerocort etc Alternative Months I am using it to control the Asthma and COPD Excaberraions and the result is Good but I am suffering from Fungal Infections due to this Steroid Inhalers and when I approach the Pulmonologist Doctor he Prescribed Syscan to be taken weekly for 3 Months .Please advise is it a correct treatment for Fungal Infections associated with Asthma and COPD?

I have this infection since 3 yrs pls look this i took so many medicine for this but no improvement i took phsyical consultation also
