I had acne flare up out of nowhere 2 weeks ago and so I used betamil gm for 4 nights straight but then I stopped because my skin got better and used a salicylic face wash with gel moisturizer twice a day which overwhelmed my skin probably and now im getting severe acne flare ups, pustules and whiteheads with inflammation and redness and itchiness. I'm not sure if it's caused by the steroid cream use or the new face wash and moisturizer I used but I've stopped everything from now, only washed face in morning with plain water no moisturizer or anything.

After using benzoyl peroxide, almost all of my acne is gone but now I'm left with open pores and don't know how can I reduce the appearance of it...I don't use any skin care products on my face bcs nothing really suits my skin and having oily skin.
