Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi , My lips have turned black. How can I reverse it back to its original colour? P.S - I have been subjected to Psychiatrist medicine for too long , not sure it's a side effect of that. Kindly suggest appropriate measures. Thanks !

It's been getting worse every single day consulted dermatologist in June firstly she gave me acklind tube and acnemoist moisturizer for 2 weeks then deriva cms gel daily with acnemoist moisturizer and photostable sunscreen it's been 6 weeks but it's not getting better it's getting worse day by day my skin barrier is severely damaged and I m getting breakouts every single day

I have been using minoxidil for 3 months (logi hair serum) and multivitamins (keraglow men)prescribed by doctor, but still my hair are falling out like anything and my hair density has been reduced. Could you suggest me what needs to be done.
