I'm suffering from Stage 2 AGA advancing to stage 3. I tried minoxidil and I'm not a great fan of it. My parents both maternal and paternal side have thick hair and didn't see any female suffer from AGA. I'm not sure how I got it and I did use Traya, Minoxidil, Iron supplements etc. my iron levels are good but I'm still not sure why I'm experiencing it.
I'm scared of PRP but not sure if Low Light Laser Therapy can be considered

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
You may be experiencing Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA) progressing to stage 3. Even without family history, AGA can result from genetics, hormones, or lifestyle factors.
Since you’re not comfortable with Minoxidil, Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is a safe, non-invasive option that improves hair density by stimulating follicles and increasing blood flow. Alongside, nutraceuticals (biotin, vitamin D, amino acids, saw palmetto), scalp care, stress management, and good sleep can support results.
A hormonal evaluation may help identify underlying causes. If hair loss progresses, PRP or low-dose oral therapies can be considered later under medical supervision.
