I had pigmentation on my face for a long time ago, and I had tried a lot of products but I didn't get better results and currently I am using a face serum from Lakme with 7% niacinamide serum and I want a compatible face wash which I can use with this for pigmentation.

I’ve been dealing with recurring red rashes in the groin area for several months. The rashes appear where the underwear touches the skin. When I apply  antifungal cream( clobetasol propionate.05%& salicylic acid6%), they go away within 2–3 days, but they return again in just 2-3 days . The area becomes itchy, irritated.Kindly suggest a proper diagnosis and a permanent solution. Attached images for reference, please help
