Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I developed darkening of neck and underarms during pregnancy.. I'm 18 days postpartum and it's still not gone..any treatment or cream for it

I'm a student, 19 years old and currently studying for government exam , I have high dandruff and been having hair loss from quite some while i tried all home remedies like onion paste and all but nothing seems to be working and from past few days everytime i comb I see 10+ hairs . Now I'm very tensed and been thinking of using Rogaine(Minoxidil) but haven't used it yet , i also have family history of male pattern hair loss and premature baldness, can i use minoxidil to reverse this , please answer as soon as seen. I had developed a boil/ black head / pimple behind my ear. I tried to burst it, but it did not. Now this has enlarged. What should I do ?

Since I shifted here I started getting multiple acne and pimple and my face looks so much spiky because of it . My face starts to look too much dull and I want to know how can my skin become clear and I using a cleaner which contains 2% of salicylic acid but even after its use it has no effect on my face .

Tiny red rashes specially.hands and legs ... it's very itchy. It's been a month since this started. First appeared in both the hands It is not having any pattern ...red dots sprinkled all over ...itches more at night. When these rashes dry it causes itchiness too...the dryness looks like generic skin dryness lil more prominent. The temperature here at my place is  harsh...so it's also adding to itchiness. Sometimes it looks like prickly heat rash, but slightly bigger than more common one and more dispersed. It is itchy and prickly feel. It is also in the fingers...but not on foot .. I have consulted twice here and both have different diagnosis one said allergic contact dermatitis and other said tinea corpis. so confused now.. Attaching the picture ...kindly let me know if anyone can identify best possible diagnosis No other medical condition but I stress alot.

Hi I have done 4 sessions of qr678. I saw no improvement so I have done hair transplant as i have male pattern baldness. Now doctor recommend me to take prp after hair transplant. So should I take prp as 2 month earlier I have taken qr678 Pls help is there any issue in taking prp now
